Transparent Overlay

An overlay that pops up to display additional information/actions, and can be dismissed fully or partially by moving the mouse away. Moving the mouse outside the range dismisses the overlay. Moving the mouse withing the range will temporarily dismiss the overlay, by making it transparent allowing the user to view information from underneath.
